RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Amore herbals, we strive to provide high-quality herbal care products, including shampoos, soaps, and hair oils. However, due to the nature of personal care products, our return policy is designed to ensure hygiene and compliance with legal transport regulations.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Leaking Products – If your order arrives with spillage, leakage, or physical damage during transit, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.

  2. Incorrect Product Received – If you receive a different product from what you ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  3. Manufacturing Defects – If the product has a defect (such as unusual texture, separation of ingredients, or foul odor), a return or replacement request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Soaps or shampoos once unsealed.

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or with discounts.

Legal Provisions for Transport & Returns

  • Spillage & Leakage: As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, customers are entitled to receive products in good condition. Any leakage due to transit must be reported immediately to qualify for a replacement.

  • Transport of Soaps & Liquid Products: In compliance with Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, soap and liquid products are classified as non-hazardous but must be properly packed to prevent damage. Any claims regarding defective packaging must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Customs & Shipping Restrictions: International orders are subject to local import regulations regarding herbal and liquid personal care products. Returns for customs-restricted items are not accepted.
